Five people looking after thirty brands. Without the next junior hire.
You load the client's brand. appost.io produces in their voice, starting from their real posts, and the client approves everything from their own portal with your name on it. You stop laying out carousels and go back to doing strategy. The product carries the production, so growing doesn't mean another junior on the payroll.
You're not short of ideas. You're short of hours.
You only grow if you hire
Every new client is more hours on the calendar. Carousels to lay out, captions to write. And revisions to chase, endlessly. At some point growing means hiring, and you start from scratch training someone again.
A junior costs now and pays off later
A junior social media manager costs you between €1,200 and €1,800 a month. They need training and supervision, and in the first few months they produce little. Your margin goes long before the hire starts paying for itself.
Approvals get lost in email
Approvals live in email. PDFs back and forth, versions that go missing along the way. Then a client disputes a post and you can no longer reconstruct who said yes to what.
A risky claim lands on you
You're the one publishing, on the client's behalf. If a risky claim slips through, it's your agency that looks bad. And the fine may follow. Yet today you check it by eye, one post at a time.
Hire another junior. Or scale the production.
You hire for every client
- You hire and train a junior every time the client list jumps
- You write captions and plans by hand for each one, from scratch
- You send PDFs and wait for the ok by email
- You check claims by eye, post by post
- Fixed costs rise before revenue does
You produce for everyone from one place
- An isolated workspace per client, with voice and palette kept apart
- Production starts from the client's real posts, in their voice
- The client approves from their own portal, without a single email
- Brand safety flags risky claims before the post reaches the client
- Nothing goes out without your ok, and your agency's name stays on top
What growing by hiring actually costs you.
All your brands, run from one place.
One workspace per client
Every brand gets its own space. One client's voice, palette and content never end up inside another's.
- Separate voice per brand
- Its own palette
- Content that never mixes
It writes in the client's voice
It learns from the brand's real posts and its website, not from a prompt you dashed off. And every statement stays tied to a source.
- Starts from the client's site
- Learns from their real posts
- No invented facts
The client approves from their portal
Every post lands in the client's own portal. They approve there, with one click, and the ok stays on the record. The emails and the PDFs back and forth disappear.
- No email
- No PDFs
- The ok is on the record
Brand safety before the client sees it
A dedicated check highlights unsourced superlatives, competitor comparisons and unverifiable claims while the post is still on your desk. You see them first, before they reach the client.
- Risky claims flagged
- Every flag cites its source
- Exportable record of decisions
Your name stays on top
The client sees you. appost.io runs the production behind the scenes, but the client relationship stays yours. Nobody gets between the two of you.
- Your logo
- Your client relationship
- No disintermediation
Control and traceability
Nothing goes out without a human ok. Every decision goes into an exportable record you can pass to the client as evidence of quality control.
- Approval is mandatory
- Exportable record
- Data stored in Europe
I had two roads in front of me: hire a third junior or stop taking clients. Now the product carries most of the production, writes in each brand's voice and puts everything through the client's portal for approval. I look after twice as many, in the same hours as before. And every client still sees my name, not theirs.
The price? Decided with the first few.
No fake price list. We set the price together with the first design partners, once the product is in their hands. There are only a few preview places.

Put us to the test on a real client.
Give us a brief and we'll deliver a month of content for one of your clients. Judge it the way you'd judge a junior on their first assignment. If you wouldn't put it in front of the client, you owe us nothing.
Leave your email and tell us whether it's for your agency or for a brand of your own. We'll write from @appost.io to start the pilot. No spam.
Before you ask.
Does the AI replace my agency?
No, if anything the opposite. It takes the mechanical part of production — captions, layout, first drafts — and gives you back the hours for strategy and the client relationship. That work stays human. The client approves from their portal and your name stays on top.
Will the output be generic or off-tone?
It learns from the brand's real posts and its website, not from a prompt. The more material you load, the closer it gets, and every correction you make improves it. We'll publish real cases as soon as they're ready: then you can judge.
Can I put my own branding on it?
Yes. The client approves from a dedicated portal with your logo on it and your relationship intact. We don't relabel our app with your name: it's a client portal, where they see you and not us.
What does it cost?
Getting on the list takes no card. The launch price is not set yet: we decide it with the first design partners, before you commit to anything.
Where does my clients' data sit?
Stored in Europe, under GDPR. We don't use the content to train models, neither we nor anyone else. Analytics is cookie-free, with no banner. It's an argument you resell to the end client, not a technical footnote.
